Our focus is freestyle wrestling, building a robust foundation by mastering the fundamentals. Our Fundamental Wrestling Sessions make the sport fun for children and adults, nurturing physical and mental growth.

Technical and Tactical excellence is our creed. We break down wrestling’s complexity, offering personalise coaching to help every athlete succeed. We’re proud to have collaborated with top MMA fighters who competed in Bellator and UFC. Additionally, we have led and cultivated success for teams England Wrestling, British Wrestling and British Judo for over two decades.
