Most frequent questions and answers
When starting out you just need to bring yourself and a bottle of water. Also consider bringing a towel and a change of clothes for after, as you are guaranteed to break a sweat.
Comfortable and flexible training clothes, preferable dry-fit, rash guard or singlet. Wrestling shoes are advised if you plan on training regularly. Outdoor footwear are not permitted on the training mats.
Sparring is optional. There are plenty of other beneficial practices to perform if you prefer not to spar.
